VAJRATERMS & CONDITIONS.

These terms govern your use of Vajra, the governed AI workspace, and SecondBrain, the meeting-memory app for Mac and Windows, both operated by Fastrbuild Intelligence OPC Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using either service, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company. Sections 1 and 2 apply to Vajra, sections 3 to 6 to SecondBrain, and the rest to both.
1 · Vajra: the service
Vajra provides a workspace that gives your team access to third-party AI models with governance controls — sanctioned access, per-team isolation, roles, metered credits, and budgets. Vajra is in early access: features marked as "rolling out" may change, and we may add, modify, or remove functionality as the product matures.
2 · Vajra: accounts and billing
Workspace administrators control seats, roles, budgets, and team isolation for their company, and are responsible for how access is granted within their organisation. Plans are billed per seat, with usage metered in credits priced per model. Spend limits are enforced before a call runs.
3 · SecondBrain: the service
SecondBrain records your meetings on your computer, turns them into text, notes and suggested tasks using cloud AI services, and keeps that memory in your account so you can use it on each device you sign in on. SecondBrain is in beta: features may change, and it may contain errors. A plan may include usage limits, shown in the app.
4 · SecondBrain: recording other people
You are responsible for using SecondBrain lawfully. Tell the people you record and get their consent where the law requires it, and follow the rules of your workplace and the calls you join.
5 · SecondBrain: connected apps
If you connect apps such as your mail or calendar, you allow SecondBrain to read them to build your memory. SecondBrain sends, drafts or creates anything in another app only when you ask it to.
6 · SecondBrain: plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through our payment partner and renew until you cancel. If a plan ends, your notes stay readable and exportable. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Cancellation / Refund Policy.
7 · Accounts
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in secure.
8 · Your content
You own the prompts, documents, recordings, notes and other content you bring into or create with our services. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service — including sending it to the AI and transcription providers that power it. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you bring in and for how you use outputs.
9 · Acceptable use
- No unlawful, infringing, or abusive use of the services or of the models available through them.
- No attempts to circumvent isolation, security controls, spend limits, or usage metering.
- No reselling or white-labelling of the services without a written agreement with us.
- Use of third-party models through our services must also comply with those providers' acceptable-use policies.
10 · Fees and taxes
Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We may suspend access for non-payment after reasonable notice.
11 · AI outputs
Transcripts, notes, tasks and answers are generated by AI. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, including who said what, and are not professional advice. Review them before relying on them or sharing them.
12 · Intellectual property
The Vajra and SecondBrain software, design, and brands are owned by us. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these terms.
13 · Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least reasonable care and use it only as needed to perform under these terms.
14 · Disclaimers & liability
The services are provided "as is" during early access and beta, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
15 · Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination you can export your content for 30 days, after which it is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
16 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kochi, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
17 · Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new "last updated" date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions: akshay@fastrbuild.com.
