VAJRATERMS & CONDITIONS.

These terms govern your use of Vajra, the governed AI workspace operated by Fastrbuild Intelligence OPC Pvt Ltd ("Vajra", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company.

1 · The service

Vajra provides a workspace that gives your team access to third-party AI models with governance controls — sanctioned access, per-team isolation, roles, metered credits, and budgets. Vajra is in early access: features marked as "rolling out" may change, and we may add, modify, or remove functionality as the product matures.

2 · Accounts

You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Workspace administrators control seats, roles, budgets, and team isolation for their company, and are responsible for how access is granted within their organisation.

3 · Your content

You own the prompts, documents, and other content you bring into Vajra. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service — including routing it to the AI model providers you select. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for how your organisation uses model outputs.

4 · Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, infringing, or abusive use of the service or of the models available through it.
  • No attempts to circumvent isolation, security controls, spend limits, or usage metering.
  • No reselling or white-labelling of the service without a written agreement with us.
  • Use of third-party models through Vajra must also comply with those providers' acceptable-use policies.

5 · Credits & billing

Plans are billed per seat, with usage metered in credits priced per model. Spend limits are enforced before a call runs. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We may suspend access for non-payment after reasonable notice. Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Cancellation / Refund Policy.

6 · AI outputs

Responses are generated by third-party AI models. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not professional advice. You should review outputs before relying on them or distributing them.

7 · Intellectual property

The Vajra software, design, and brand are owned by us. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these terms.

8 · Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least reasonable care and use it only as needed to perform under these terms.

9 · Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" during early access, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10 · Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination you can export your workspace content for 30 days, after which it is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.

11 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kochi, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12 · Changes & contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new "last updated" date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions: akshay@fastrbuild.com.
