VAJRACANCELLATION & REFUNDS.

We meter honestly and we bill honestly. This policy of Vajra, operated by Fastrbuild Intelligence OPC Pvt Ltd, explains how cancelling works and when refunds apply.

1 · Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time — from the admin console or by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and your team keeps full access until then. No cancellation fees, ever.

2 · Monthly plans

Monthly fees are not prorated: if you cancel mid-cycle you retain access for the remainder of the period you've paid for, and no further charges are made.

3 · Annual plans

Annual subscriptions may be cancelled for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, less the value of any credits consumed at standard rates. After 14 days, cancellation stops renewal but the remaining term is non-refundable.

4 · Credits

• Credits included with your plan expire at the end of each billing period and are not refundable.
• Purchased top-up credits that are entirely unused may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
• Consumed credits are non-refundable — spend limits enforced before each call are the guard against surprises.

5 · Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or metering that doesn't match your usage — write to us within 30 days of the charge and we'll investigate and refund in full where the error is ours.

6 · How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Where local law grants you additional refund rights, those rights are unaffected by this policy.

7 · Early-access pilots

If your company has a signed pilot or order form, its cancellation terms take precedence over this page.
