VAJRAPRIVACY POLICY.

Fastrbuild Intelligence OPC Pvt Ltd ("we", "us") operates Vajra, a governed AI workspace for companies, and SecondBrain, a meeting-memory app for Mac and Windows. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Part A applies to vajra.work and the Vajra application. Part B applies to the SecondBrain apps and the online services behind them. Sections 11 to 13 apply to both.

Part A · Vajra

1 · Information we collect

  • Account information — name, work email, company name, and role, provided when you or your admin create an account.
  • Workspace content — prompts, documents, projects, and skills that you or your team bring into Vajra.
  • Usage and billing data — credits consumed per model and per team, feature usage, and administrative activity, which power metering, budgets, and the admin console.
  • Technical data — browser type, device information, IP address, and log data collected automatically when you use the service.

2 · How we use information

  • To provide and operate the workspace, including routing your prompts to the AI models you select.
  • To meter usage, enforce team budgets and spend limits, and bill accurately.
  • To secure the service, prevent abuse, and provide support.
  • To improve the product, using aggregated and de-identified data only.

3 · AI model processing

When you send a prompt, it is processed by the third-party model provider you select (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) in order to generate a response. We do not use your workspace content to train our own models, and we do not sell your content or personal information to anyone.

4 · Tenant isolation

Your company's workspace is isolated from every other tenant, enforced at the database row level. Team-level isolation within your workspace is controlled by your administrators through roles.

5 · Retention

We retain your information while your account is active. On termination or verified deletion request, we delete workspace content within 30 days; residual copies in encrypted backups are removed within 90 days.

Part B · SecondBrain

6 · What SecondBrain collects

  • Account information — your email address, name, plan, and the names of the devices you sign in on.
  • Recordings — audio from your microphone and, during calls, your computer's sound, captured only while recording is on.
  • Your meeting memory — transcripts, notes, tasks, people, projects and Ask conversations that SecondBrain creates from your recordings and connected apps.
  • Connected apps, only if you connect them — calendar events (read only), and from your mail: thread summaries, open requests, decisions, commitments, the people involved and a few short quotes. Whole emails are not stored by us. Login codes, receipts and similar automated mail are skipped.
  • Screen information — while a call is on, SecondBrain may read the names of people shown in the call window. Screenshots and other screen text stay on your computer.
  • Usage counts — during the beta, counts of which features are used. Never what you record, say or type.

7 · How SecondBrain uses it

  • To turn your recordings into text, notes and suggested tasks, and to answer your questions about them.
  • To keep your memory in your account, so it is the same on each device you sign in on.
  • To meter usage against your plan, bill you, secure the service and provide support.

8 · Audio and processing

Audio is sent securely for transcription and deleted from our servers once it has been turned into text. A copy stays on your own computer for the period you choose in the app (3 days by default), so a recording can be processed again if something fails. Transcription and AI writing are done by third-party AI providers that we require not to keep your data or train on it. We do not use your content to train our own models, and we do not sell your content or personal information.

9 · Where your data is kept

Your account and meeting memory are stored with our hosting provider in Mumbai, India. AI providers may process a request outside India for the moment it takes to complete it.

10 · Recording other people

Recordings can include other people's voices and names. You are responsible for telling the people you record and getting their consent where the law requires it.

Both services

11 · Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run our services — hosting, sign-in email, app connections, payment processing, and AI and transcription providers — and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information where required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to your data. A list of our service providers is available on request.

12 · Security, retention and your rights

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted on a least-privilege basis, and administrative actions are logged. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information in line with industry practice. SecondBrain lets you export or erase your data, including your account's copy, from the app. You may also request access, correction, export or deletion at any time by writing to us. We delete content within 30 days of a verified deletion request or account closure; residual copies in encrypted backups are removed within 90 days.

13 · Children, changes & contact

Our services are not directed at anyone under 18. We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be noted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Questions and requests: akshay@fastrbuild.com.
