VAJRAPRIVACY POLICY.

Vajra ("Vajra", "we", "us"), operated by Fastrbuild Intelligence OPC Pvt Ltd, provides a governed AI workspace for companies. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to vajra.work and the Vajra application.

1 · Information we collect

  • Account information — name, work email, company name, and role, provided when you or your admin create an account.
  • Workspace content — prompts, documents, projects, and skills that you or your team bring into Vajra.
  • Usage and billing data — credits consumed per model and per team, feature usage, and administrative activity, which power metering, budgets, and the admin console.
  • Technical data — browser type, device information, IP address, and log data collected automatically when you use the service.

2 · How we use information

  • To provide and operate the workspace, including routing your prompts to the AI models you select.
  • To meter usage, enforce team budgets and spend limits, and bill accurately.
  • To secure the service, prevent abuse, and provide support.
  • To improve the product, using aggregated and de-identified data only.

3 · AI model processing

When you send a prompt, it is processed by the third-party model provider you select (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) in order to generate a response. We do not use your workspace content to train our own models, and we do not sell your content or personal information to anyone.

4 · Tenant isolation

Your company's workspace is isolated from every other tenant, enforced at the database row level. Team-level isolation within your workspace is controlled by your administrators through roles.

5 · Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run Vajra — hosting, payment processing, and the AI model providers you choose — and only as needed to provide the service. We may also disclose information where required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to your data.

6 · Retention

We retain your information while your account is active. On termination or verified deletion request, we delete workspace content within 30 days; residual copies in encrypted backups are removed within 90 days.

7 · Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted on a least-privilege basis, and administrative actions are logged. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information in line with industry practice.

8 · Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to us. If you are a team member on a company workspace, some requests may be routed through your workspace administrator.

9 · Children

Vajra is a workplace product and is not directed at anyone under 18.
